CoolHarbour to judge at the UK CX Awards

CoolHarbour is delighted to announce that our Director Jamshaid Anwar will be a Judge at the forthcoming UK Customer Experience Awards on Friday 23rd September 2016.

The UK Customer Experience Awards has become one of the must attend events in the calendar for CX professionals across the UK. The Awards recognise and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who are achieving excellence in customer experience. A vehicle for sharing best practice, the Awards enable participating organisations to promote continuous improvement, learning and personal development.

Jamshaid will be joining a panel of distinguished professionals in the field of customer service and customer experience who bring industry knowledge and category specific skill sets to assess every Award entry across the 23 categories.

With over 25 years of Consulting and Programme Management experience of working in customer experience and customer contact environments, Jamshaid (and his team) has seen the industry transform in recent years.  The event provides a great opportunity for CoolHarbour to share our experiences with our peers and participants, and equally for us to learn from innovators who have pushed boundaries in the field of customer experience.
