CoolHarbour helped VCEverywhere launch a unique hosted video conferencing service that allows Microsoft Lync users to join Boardroom & external video conferences from their Lync application.  The CoolHarbour team was engaged to design and deliver a full feature, resilient & scalable Lync (Skype for Business) platform that is tightly integrated into the Avaya Scopia platform.  During the engagement the CoolHarbour Consultants overcame some significant technical obstacles given the complex nature of the integration.  They displayed deep product and wider integration knowledge, coupled with a flexible approach in the way they delivered the project.
